1. Tomoarrow collects the minimum information necessary to use the Tomoarrow Service with the consent of the user.

       • Name, date of birth, gender, mobile phone number, financial institution name/account number, account holder name, email address, CI (linkage information), DI (duplicate subscription confirmation information), domestic/foreigner status, nationality, and customer identification values are processed when registering.          • To provide financial transaction-related identification and financial services (remittance, payment, accumulation)

         • Providing convenience of input using retained information when using new services or when verifying identity

• Tomoarrow may use and provide personal information without the user's consent to the extent that it is reasonably related to the original purpose of collection, taking into account whether it will cause disadvantage to the user and whether necessary measures have been taken to ensure safety, such as encryption. • For services used for the first time, the Company may request the user to enter essential information, and if the Company already has the information, the Company may omit the input or provide convenience for the user.

• We may send you information and functional messages (such as payment history, periodic notices of personal information processing, and notices of consent to receive advertising and marketing) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. These are sent via your contacts, and advertising information is sent only to customers who have opted-in.

• Automatic scanning of malicious app information (Android OS) - In order to provide safe financial services, we scan the app packages installed on your phone and if a malicious app is detected, we will stop the financial transaction and recommend deleting the malicious app. We also collect malicious app information (installation time, package name, permissions, etc.) and whether remote control apps are running to prevent fraudulent transactions and help you use the Tomoarrow app safely.

2. Third Party Provision and Consignment / International Transfer

1. Tomoarrow may provide personal information to its affiliates or outsource the processing of personal information to third parties. Tomoarrow continuously updates its privacy policy when changes are made to third party provision and outsourcing.

2. We process personal information only within the scope specified in the purpose of processing personal information, and we do not provide personal information other than for the purpose of providing or consigning it to a third party. In the event of providing or consigning personal information for purposes other than the purpose, we will provide it only in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as obtaining additional consent from the information subject or special provisions of the law.
