Purpose of processing: Receiving and responding to complaints related to the use of Tomoarrow's services

Retention period: Destroyed when the purpose is fulfilled
Safety compensation system
Purpose of processing: To handle the overall business such as receipt of the safety compensation system, review of eligibility and compensation amount, and payment of compensation amount.
Items to be processed: Information verified and provided for the purpose of handling complaints, such as copies of identification cards, passbooks, seal certificates or confirmation of signature, and factual confirmation of the incident, etc.
Retention period: 10 years from the end of the business related to the security compensation system, then destroyed
